Questions & Answers For BT Line Rental

Calls to Spanish landlines are 3 cents per minute. All calls to UK & Western European landlines are 3.2 cents per minute. (All per second billing with no connection charge).
Calls to Spanish mobiles cost 10 cents per minute (15 cents connection charge).

If you have a problem on your line simply give us a call and we will report your problem to the Technical Department. An engineer will contact you in order to sort out the problem as soon as possible. 

You can either purchase a new handset from a local outlet or you can continue renting your Telefonica phone and we will bill you at the same current cost.

The payment is taken out by direct debit on a monthly basis.

Yes. We transfer your number.

No. There should be no interruption to your telephone service during this period.

Once we receive the signed contracts from you, the line rental transfer takes between 3-5 weeks.

No. We will handle the complete transfer for you. Once your line has been completely transferred to BT, we will cancel Telefonica.

Also included in your line rental is maintenance, answer service, caller ID, call waiting, waiting caller ID & call divert when occupied.

Line rental is €13.97 + Iva per month.
